Central Blood Bank is a not-for-profit pioneer in transfusion medicine and an integral partner in the delivery of health care in the Pittsburgh region, including nine western Pennsylvania counties and communities in northern West Virginia and eastern Ohio.
As a trusted leader with more than 55 years experience in managing the blood supply, we collect, test, and distribute more than 160,000 units of whole blood to more than 40 hospitals and health care facilities annually.
