As The Institute for Transfusion Medicine grows and evolves, our Mission, Vision, and Values help provide the blueprint for our growth. Over the course of the past year, employees throughout ITxM and its business units were engaged to help create the new corporate Mission, Vision, and Values. Our Mission is a constant reminder of why we exist, defining our unique focus and articulating our objectives. Our Vision is inspirational.
